At TheRxMed, we strive to provide safe, high-quality medicines and reliable service across the United States. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, replacements, or cancellations may be granted.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled due to safety and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical products.

Returns & Replacements

Because we deal with healthcare and pharmaceutical products, we generally do not accept returns once items have been shipped or delivered.

However, a replacement or refund may be approved in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product arrived damaged or defective

  • The package was lost in transit

  • The item is expired at the time of delivery

Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo proof sent to our support email.


Refund Eligibility

If your request is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, or

  • Provided as a replacement shipment, depending on the situation.

Processing time for refunds may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the error occurred on our side.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be provided if:

  • Incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer

  • Delivery failed due to customer unavailability

  • The product was used, opened, or tampered with

  • Request is made after 48 hours of delivery

  • Delay caused by courier, customs, or natural events beyond our control

All medicines supplied by TheRxMed are sourced from reputable and licensed manufacturers and handled with strict quality standards.

Due to the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical products, return handling is limited to ensure customer safety and regulatory compliance.
